Purely Bespoke strive to ensure all products are dispatched and delivered in the best possible condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the products within 7 days for an exchange or full refund, less the shipping costs. Any items returned after the 7 day return period, damaged or used or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted.

Items must be packaged in original packaging and accompanied by original documentation and sent via tracked or recorded delivery service. If you require a return or exchange or in the event your products arrive damaged in any way, please contact us immediately by email on louise@purelybespoke.com or mo@purelybespoke.com.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange on personalised products.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery and Shipping

Standard UK Postcode Delivery - £15.00

Remote UK Postcodes : Highlands and Western Isles: You will be charged an additional rate to our standard rate of £10.00; you will be charged this at checkout. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly, you will be charged an additional rate to our standard rate of £10.00 we will notify you of these costs once we have received your order.

Packages are shipped via FedEx UK with tracking and will require a signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

International Deliveries: all deliveries outside of the UK are quoted for separately once order details and Country destination are known.

International shipping prices are based on weight and Country destination. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer or the recipient and are beyond our control. Please contact us for clarification and a price guideline: louise@purelybespoke.com or mo@purelybespoke.com.
